RETURN POLICY
How do I start a return?
Click HERE to make a return. Please do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The return has to be in its original condition (NEW). The package must be delivered back to us before we issue the refund.
Return Options
Return & Refund to Original Payment Method: We charge a $6 flat processing fee which will be deducted from your final refunded amount. LINK
Return for Store Credit: Will not charge processing fees for store credit. LINK
When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund or store credit. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. LINK
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If for any reason an item that was purchased from nuthinfancyco.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact INFO@NUTHINFANCYCO.COM within 30 days of delivery to report it.
CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for store credit, and then place a new order through this LINK. This method will not charge you a processing fee whereas a return for original payment method will charge you a $6 flat fee.
WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
