What started in 2017 as an idea among friends—“let’s make gear we actually want to wear”—turned into the first run of NUTHIN FANCY CO. hats and tees. Early drops sold through word of mouth and social media, quickly building a following around comfort, timeless designs, and a community that values the little things: bonfires, backroads, lakes, and long weekends.
Support from country artists like HARDY, Koe Wetzel, Sean Stemaly, and Larry Fleet gave the brand national visibility, but the vision has never changed—create high-quality gear that feels just right, no matter where you are.
Meet the NF Founder: Jackson Grove
Jackson Grove grew up in Frederick, Maryland, where his love for the outdoors, hunting, and simple living shaped the foundation of what would become NUTHIN FANCY CO. While in college, he set out to create a brand that wasn’t about chasing money but about building something real, fun, and true to who he was. The name NUTHIN FANCY became a reflection of that philosophy: keep it simple, stay authentic.
What started as an idea a few years back has since turned into a lifestyle brand embraced by fans, friends, and even country music artists like HARDY, Koe Wetzel, Sean Stemaly, and Larry Fleet. For Jackson, these connections aren’t about business—they’re proof that the brand’s ethos resonates with people who live the same way he does: grounded, authentic, and unapologetically themselves.
Beyond building the brand, Jackson’s passions run deep into the outdoors—duck and deer hunting, bow hunting, and time in the woods.
